Pick up of Student Work

Remote learning will be taking place for all students in Grade 7-12 from January 4th until January 15th.  Work can be picked up on January 4th and brought back when they return to school on January 18th. We will inform you of any changes to this schedule.

Between 9 AM and 3 PM on January 4th, a representative for each household will need to come to the front doors and wait outside for a staff member to bring work to them and to pick up anything brought back to the school.

Since Monday is a pick-up day, formal classes will begin on Tuesday. Monday will be an informal time for everyone to check their connections and to discuss procedures for remote learning. Unless contacted by their teacher, students are asked to log in to Microsoft Teams at the beginning of their regularly scheduled class period.

If the pick up of work cannot be made during the scheduled times, then we ask households to call the school to make alternative arrangements. These arrangements need to be scheduled to avoid student recesses and bus loading times.

If necessary, home delivery might be an option. This option is subject to the scheduling and availability of staff.
