Manitoba Public Health will be in the school on Monday December 6th to provide COVID-19 vaccination shots to those that are interested. Please read this letter to parents that provides information on the vaccine for students aged 5 to 11. Students that are aged 12 years of age or higher may also receive their vaccine at this time if they are eligible. Please submit this consent form to the school by Friday December 3rd if possible. Unfortunately, parents are unable to attend the vaccination at the school.
Parents that would like to be present when their child is immunized are welcome to attend the public walk-in clinic at the Kinsmen Community Hall from 1-4 pm on Monday December 6th.
