On Oct. 18, 2021, Manitoba Public Health officials advised Grandview School of at least one confirmed case of COVID-19 in the school on Sep. 27-Oct. 6, 2021. The Hon. Cliff Cullen, Minister of Education, has proclaimed October as Dyslexia Awareness Month to foster a better understanding of dyslexia and its impact on learning and well-being.

As we have in the past, Grandview School K-12 will take part in Orange Shirt Day. Students and staff are encouraged to wear orange when they come to school on September 29, 2021. Throughout our school year we will be offering students the opportunity to smudge within the school environment, beginning on September 29; to honour the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
